ZIRCONIA FUSED ALUMINA

Zirconia Fused Alumina (ZA) is a kind of abrasive material whose crystal structure is made up of AL2O3 and ZrO2 together. It is made by Aluminum oxide and Zirconia which are electrically fused at high temperature.
It is suitable for making all kinds of resinoid bond abrasive tools include coated abrasives. The abrasive tools made by ZA are suitable for grinding and cutting all kinds of steel, especially for difficult grinding special steel and stainless steel. There is ZA40 and ZA25 accoding to ZrO2 content.
